A major project promoting creativity Located in Paris's 13th arrondissement, on the former docks of the Seine, the Cité de la Mode et du Design is a dynamic space that houses fashion schools, designer studios, exhibitions and events dedicated to contemporary design. In this context, we have been supporting this major project since 2024 by offering tailor-made technical solutions. After a preparatory visit and in-depth discussions with the teams on site, we identified the lighting fixture best suited to the specific characteristics of the site. The objective was clear: to offer visitors, students and professionals an environment that is functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing. In total, more than 100 FILA 2 luminaires were installed. Robust and high-performance, they guarantee optimal visibility and facilitate orientation and movement in this unique location. Their sleek design and advanced technology blend harmoniously with the modern architecture of the Cité de la Mode et du Design, while ensuring optimal visual comfort. FILA2, an architectural luminaire with a sleek design, designed for lighting public spaces and enhancing buildings It stands out for its robustness, thanks to an IK10 20 joule resistant diffuser, and its perfect waterproofing with an IP67 protection rating. The result of an eco-design approach, FILA 2 is an upgradable luminaire with all components removable and 100% repairable, thus promoting its sustainability. The luminaire is available in diameters of 66 mm and 98 mm and can be installed as a wall light, ceiling light or pendant light. It is secured by two CHC stainless steel screws at each end, with an anti-vandal screw option available. With L80B10 lumen maintenance for over 72,000 hours and a 5-year warranty, FILA 2 is synonymous with performance and quality.
